Delete your GuruPix account

Account deletion permanently removes your GuruPix profile and personal recommendation activity.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to GuruPix.
  2. Open Settings from the recommendation screen.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Enter your account email and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email info@gurupix.com from the address associated with your GuruPix account. Use the subject “GuruPix account deletion request.” We may request additional verification before deleting the account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the account email, taste profile, streaming-service preferences, Saved titles, Watched titles and ratings, skipped titles, recommendation history, and recorded GuruPix product activity tied to the account.

Before you continue

Account deletion cannot be undone. If you return later, you can create a new account, but previous preferences and history will not be restored.
