Information we collect

GuruPix may collect:

• your email address and account authentication information;
• streaming services, genres, formats, and viewing preferences you select;
• titles you save, skip, watch, rate, or remove;
• trailer and streaming-provider interactions;
• app language and country or region reported by your device settings;
• technical, usage, performance, and error information.

GuruPix does not request precise GPS location for recommendations.

How we use information

We use this information to operate accounts, personalize and improve recommendations, maintain Saved and Watched lists, connect users to available streaming services, measure product quality, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service.

Service providers

GuruPix uses service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, catalog metadata, title artwork, trailers, and streaming availability. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices where applicable.

Retention and deletion

We retain account information while an account is active and as needed to operate and protect the service. You can permanently delete your GuruPix account and associated profile, preferences, lists, history, and activity from Settings. See our account deletion instructions.

Your choices

You can update taste preferences in the app and request assistance with account or privacy questions by contacting info@gurupix.com.

Children

GuruPix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
